I would recommend studying geography to distinguish Latvia from Lithuania.
Address on the packet: Latvia / LITWA, that the result delivery is 3 days longer.

Took 2 months to deliver!!
Did not react on several emails, but fortunately did deliver after all.

really sorry for the postage, but they have 3 months to give answer if the package is lost. If something is going wrong all customers can receive full refund from us on paypal or wait for goods. When goods is official lost we normally send new item or refund - depends on Buyer decision
